The Tactical Forces are the field operatives of Division 3 who serve as soldiers and guards. They were originally tasked with capturing and destroying mutants, though they have had mutant operatives in their ranks, such as Walter, and later on Kerry Loudermilk, a mutant from Summerland.

Most agents of the Tactical Force wear black tactical suits, helmets and goggled mask, covering their identity.
They are armed with Heckler & Koch G36K- and Norinco QBZ-97A-rifles.
