Buster Debussy is the adopted son of Division 3 agents Clark and Daniel Bohr-Debussy.

At some point Buster was adopted by Clark and Daniel, who raised him as his own.
Clark's recovery[]
Buster was saddened by the injuries Clark received at the hands of the Summerland mutants when they rescued David Haller. Still, both Buster and Daniel were key in Clark's recovery, as without a loving family, the man would have likely fallen into a deep depression.
