I know that ptonomy’s official Power is memory manipulation, but isn’t more like telepathy, has he was able to cause David to sleep just by telling him to. Also, Farouk was able to alter David’s memories, but this was inferred to be telepathy, not memory manipulation. What is the difference between Ptonomy’s Powers, and those of Oliver or Farouk?
